Is it possible for WhoReadMe not to show the tracking of an opened mail?

Hello again:

I have sent several mails for a friend of mine who I'm sure checks her emails 24/7. But when I

check the Tracking Reports in WhoReadMe, I see a closed envelope. May she have opened her

emails with NO reporting on behalf of WhoReadMe?

If it is so, how can I activate this to know when she opens her e-mails delivered by me?

I've sent an e-mail for someone and she said she received it, but NO report I had in Details Section of WhoReadMe. Why is it so? Whenever I chek Tracking Reports, I see an envelope not opened by her. I read: No tracking activities on....yet! Why?
