Emergency Maintenance

December 13, 2013

We are in progress to migrate our service to a better server. Unfortunately, we are encountered data lost during the transfer.

Please note that your email content are encrypted in our system and due some parts of the data are corrupted now, some users will not able to check back their email content. However, this do not affect the tracking reports, or read notification.

Please do contact us if you are having unusual issues with your account during this period.

If we sent something out this morning before we heard about the problem do you recommend we re - send it again after everything is up and running?

Just an FYI. I know they said if you have any questions to let them know. They will not answer you back. I have aksed questions here on the blog and even sent them a ticket about issues i have had. I have never heard back from. There have also been others who have asked questions and nothing is replied back to them. It is one of the worst blogs i have seen for Admins as far as replying to questions or comments. I liked this website too but seems to many problems with it. Hopefully once everything is on the new server it will be better. Time will tell.
